Key Responsibilities

• Implement and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions to meet client needs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Provide ongoing user support, guidance, and training to maximise system adoption.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CE.
