D365 Business Central 2nd Line Support Consultant I''m working with an established Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Partner that is expanding its support team and looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Consultant. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid Business Central support experience who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with customers and taking ownership of more complex support cases. You''ll be working across: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central LS Central / LS Retail 2nd line functional support Troubleshooting and issue resolution SLA and ticket ownership Business Central configuration Data reconciliation Testing and upgrades Customer/user support You''ll ideally have 3+ years'' Business Central experience, either within a support team or as a consultant. LS Retail / LS Central experience is particularly important for this position. Experience with Jet Reports, Continia or Tasklet would also be beneficial.
