CYP Registered Residential Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Residential Manager to lead a well-established Children''s Residential Home. You will lead and support an established team, promote a positive culture, and ensure the home continues to provide a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children and young people. Key Responsibilities Provide effective leadership and management of the residential service. Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations, Children''s Homes Regulations, and Quality Standards. Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people. Lead, develop, and motivate an established staff team. Monitor and improve service quality and outcomes for young people.
