Cyber Security Technical Architect - Disaster Recovery Location: GloucesterWorking: Hybrid - 4-6 days per month onsiteContract: ContractClearance: Active and transferable SC Clearance required About the Role We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Technical Architect specialising in Disaster Recovery (DR) Runbooks to support the development, testing and refinement of recovery solutions for business-critical IT services. The successful candidate will work alongside technical and application teams to develop robust DR runbooks, validate recovery processes and ensure recovery strategies align with business requirements, RTOs and operational resilience standards. Essential Experience 10+ years'' experience in technical architecture, infrastructure, cyber security or operational resilience. Proven experience designing and implementing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions within complex enterprise environments. Demonstrable experience developing and testing recovery runbooks for business-critical services. Strong understanding of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and translating business requirements into recovery strategies, RTOs and RPOs. Experience conducting DR exercises, failover testing and recovery assurance activities. Experience working within Critical National Infrastructure (CNI), utilities, energy, nuclear, defence or other highly regulated environments.
