Role Overview Cyber Security Specialist - Security Connector We are seeking two experienced Cyber Security Specialists to join a Security Connector function, working across enterprise environments to apply security expertise to modern cloud, AI and application architectures. The successful candidates will have broad, hands-on knowledge of cyber security domains and how they apply to enterprise business environments. They will combine strong technical credibility with excellent stakeholder management, and will work comfortably with client teams and across geographically dispersed delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Provide cyber security expertise across enterprise projects and programmes, acting as a trusted link between security, technology and business teams. Apply threat modelling frameworks such as STRIDE and MITRE ATTandamp;CK to identify, assess and mitigate security risks. Advise on security across endpoint, network, cryptography and identity and access management (IAM) domains. Assess and support the security of public and private cloud environments. Review and advise on contemporary architectures, including RESTful APIs and containerised microservices. Keep up to date with emerging threats, including those linked to cloud and AI technologies, and translate them into practical guidance. Promote alignment with industry security standards and frameworks, including the ISO 27000 series, PCI DSS, COBIT, NIST and OWASP.
