Cyber Security Posture Lead (G7) (SC Cleared)

On behalf of The Ministry of Justice, we are looking for a Cyber Security Posture Lead (G7) (SC Cleared) (Inside IR35) for a 12 Month contract based Hybrid in any UK MoJ office. Background: This role is needed to stand-up the new Proactive Cyber Security Team within the SOC, created as part of the ongoing re-organisation across Tech Services. SOC service area currently lacks the specialist capability and capacity to cover this specialist leadership position. This role is to provide the knowledge, skill and experience as well as the capacity to focus on this task. This role will lead the development and continuous improvement of MOJ''s cyber security posture across a large and complex enterprise technology estate, helping identify systemic weaknesses, strengthen security controls and reduce cyber risk through a data driven approach. As Cyber Security Posture Lead, your main responsibilities will be:. Reduce material cyber and technology risk across MoJ''s critical systems using a risk-based and prioritised approach. This includes strengthening the role of our strategic/core platforms and critical services..
