Cyber Security Manager

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Cyber Security Manager to develop, implement and continuously improve the Woodland Trusts cyber security capabilities. The Role: • Lead the delivery and development of the Cyber Security Strategy, roadmap and maintain cyber security policies, standards and procedures. • Act as the Trust''s lead cyber security adviser, providing guidance to senior leaders, project and operational teams. • Maintain the cyber security risk register and lead on cyber security governance activities to provide reporting, metrics and risk updates to leadership. • Line manage and lead a team, providing support and guidance as needed. • Designs and develop an organisation-wide cyber security awareness and education programme. • Monitor cyber threats, vulnerabilities and industry developments making recommendations as appropriate. • This is a hybrid position with a mix of home working and from our head office in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Head office attendance would be required once a month on average. • This is a fixed term contract for 24 months. The Candidate: • Experience leading a successful team creating a positive working environment and culture. • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders. • Knowledge of Cyber Security Governance, Risk and Compliance principles, GDPR and Data Protection legislation. • Experience developing cyber security strategies, road maps, improvement programmes. • Knowledge of ..... full job details .....
