I''m looking for an experienced Cyber Security Engineer to join a highly capable Cyber Security Team supporting a major UK MoD integrated command and control programme based in Dorset.This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, mission-critical defence systems at the highest classifications, contributing to the delivery of secure solutions across the full project lifecycle.About the RoleAs a Cyber Security Engineer, you will work closely with both internal stakeholders and customer communities to identify, assess, and reduce cyber security risks across a large-scale defence environment.You will play a key role in shaping secure architectures, implementing effective security controls, and supporting assurance and accreditation activities in line with UK defence standards and frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport projects in understanding cyber security risks and assurance requirementsCollaborate with stakeholders to develop secure architectures and security-by-design solutionsIdentify and implement proportionate security controls that deliver effective risk reductionProduce high-quality technical security documentation and assurance artefactsSupport security investigations, meetings, and occasional customer site visitsConduct security risk assessments and support accreditation activities within the UK defence domainEnsure compliance with frameworks such as the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF)Plan, coordinate, or participate ..... full job details .....
