Cyber Security Engineer (Identity and Cloud)

6 MONTH INITIAL CONTRACTLOCATION - WARRINGTON An TI Solutions provider are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to join a Housing Company based in Warrington.We are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer (Identity andamp; Cloud) to support and enhance security across a Microsoft-focused technology environment. The role will have a particular focus on Identity andamp; Access Management (IAM), Microsoft Entra ID, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Azure, Microsoft 365 security and Power Platform governance. You will work closely with Cyber Security, Architecture and Infrastructure teams to strengthen identity governance, improve privileged access controls, address audit recommendations and ensure cloud platforms are configured securely. Key Responsibilities:Administer and maintain Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, Identity Protection and Access Governance.Implement, operate and continuously improve Privileged Identity Management (PIM) controls and privileged access reviews.Support the secure configuration and operation of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.Implement and maintain Microsoft Defender security controls.Support security monitoring, threat investigation and incident response activities.Support vulnerability management, including identifying, prioritising and remediating security weaknesses.Support Power Platform governance, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, environment management and application reviews.Produce and maintain security ..... full job details .....
