Cyber Security Engineer
Cyber Security Engineer Deep Sea Electronics Ltd (DSE) are a leading UK electronics manufacture specialising in development of advanced control and automation products for the power generation and off highway vehicle markets. Our range of solutions include connected devices that are subject to the latest cybersecurity standards. The Cyber Security Engineer will support the cyber security aspects of our products, working under the guidance of the Senior Cyber Security Manager. They will work closely with cross functional teams including engineering, operations and commercial to help ensure products meet regulatory compliance and industry best practices. The Cyber Security Engineer is responsible for: Contributing to the development and maintenance of cybersecurity strategy and policies across DSE''s product range Working with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations, including the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). Supporting cybersecurity initiatives within product roadmaps Assisting with the identification, assessment, and mitigation of cybersecurity risks Preparing documentation to support compliance with IEC 62443 and related standards Ensuring ongoing alignment with industrial cybersecurity regulations and frameworks Collaborating with engineering teams to integrate security into product design and architecture Promoting secure software development and secure-by-design principles Supporting vulnerability assessments, threat modelling, ..... full job details .....
