Our client, a leading organisation in the Information Security sector, is seeking two dynamic Cyber Governance, Risk and Compliance Vice Presidents. This pivotal role will drive the first line of defence in managing cyber risk and ensuring regulatory compliance across EMEA. Role Overview:In this temporary yet impactful position, the successful candidates will provide senior support and coordination across Cyber Security, Risk, Compliance, and Audit functions. As part of a collaborative team, the Vice Presidents will enhance the control environment and provide clear insights into cyber risk and control performance. Key Responsibilities:Governance and Framework Improvement:- Enhance the first line Cyber GRC framework and operating model.- Support governance forums by providing clear documentation and evidence of actions.Cyber Risk Management:- Manage and close cyber risks and issues, maintaining a comprehensive view of the Cyber GRC portfolio.- Ensure risks are linked to relevant workstreams and assigned to accountable owners.Regulatory Compliance:- Coordinate first line responses to regulatory requirements, including DORA and EBA guidance.- Translate regulatory requirements into actionable controls and documentation.Policy ..... full job details .....
