Job Title: Cyber Data Analyst

Duration:3-month contract

Location: Welwyn garden city - Hybrid (1 to 2 days per week on site, Mainly Wednesdays)

Daily Rate: -500 - -550 inside umbrella

About the role:

As the Data Insights & Assurance Lead - Cyber Engagement, you will be at the forefront of driving visibility and strategic impact across our cyber engagement initiatives. Your expertise will play a vital role in designing and maintaining robust systems that track activity, engagement, and coverage. Get ready to empower leadership with the insights they need to enhance outreach effectiveness!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Maintain Systems: Create activity logging systems using tools like Microsoft Forms, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Dynamic Dashboards: Develop engaging dashboards to visualize reach, coverage, engagement trends, and campaign performance.
  • Performance Insights: Identify low-engagement squads and highlight top-performing Champions to inform recognition strategies.
  • Targeted Recruitment Mapping: Map business function coverage to guide balanced representation across the organization.
  • Automate Workflows: Implement automated engagement workflows, including reminders and nudges, to keep the momentum going.
  • Align Activity with Objectives: Ensure Champion activities align with campaign goals, providing actionable recommendations.
  • High-Quality Reporting: Maintain assurance-aligned reporting with a focus on accuracy and evidence-based metrics.
  • Skills Matrix Tracking: Support tracking to enable visibility into training needs and development progress.
  • Collaborative Data Integration: Work closely with the Cyber Data Platform team for seamless data integration and consistency.

What You Bring:

  • Data Handling Expertise: Strong skills in data visualization using Tableau, Excel, and other reporting tools.
  • SQL Proficiency: Experience in querying, transforming, and validating data from structured sources.
  • Survey & Workflow Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Forms, automated surveys, and structured reporting workflows.
  • Compliance-Oriented Background: Understanding of assurance or compliance reporting and evidence-based documentation.
  • Insightful Communication: Ability to translate complex technical data into clear insights for diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with a strong focus on data integrity and quality control.
  • Automation Skills: Experience in automating engagement workflows to enhance participation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable working across teams, especially with data platform and analytics groups.
