      <description>Location: Leeds | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Cutover Manager   Rate; Up to £650 (inside IR35) Location; Leeds 2/3x per week onsite  Duration; Contract up to the end of 2026  We are currently supporting a large, complex organisation undergoing a major ERP transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Cutover Manager to lead the planning and execution of a critical go-live. This is a pivotal role, responsible for developing and managing the end-to-end cutover strategy, ensuring business and technical activities are fully aligned, dependencies are understood, risks are mitigated, and contingency plans are in place to support a successful transition. Responsibilities  Develop and own the end-to-end cutover plan and strategy. Coordinate activities across business, technical, and third-party workstreams. Identify and manage key dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigations. Define and maintain contingency and rollback plans. Lead cutover rehearsals and go-live readiness assessments.
