      <description>Location: Manchester | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Cutover Manager / ERP Transformation / 4 Month Contract / Outside of IR35 We''re seeking an experienced Cutover Manager with a proven track record of delivering successful ERP go-lives within large-scale transformation programmes. Essential Experience  Significant experience leading end-to-end cutover planning and execution for complex ERP, enterprise technology or digital transformation programmes. Proven ability to manage business readiness, deployment, testing, data migration and go-live activities across multiple workstreams. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior business and technology leaders. Demonstrable experience operating in high-pressure environments with critical delivery timelines and executive visibility. Experience establishing and managing cutover governance, command-and-control structures, go/no-go processes and contingency plans.  Highly Desirable  Hands-on Oracle Fusion implementation experience, ideally within Finance, Procurement or HCM transformations.
