      <description>Location: Northampton | Salary: 10000-500000 Daily | Type: Contract | Cutover Manager£600/day Inside IR35Northampton (4 Days Onsite per Week)Immediate Start | Contract until End of August 2026We''re supporting a large-scale transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Cutover Manager to join immediately during a critical phase of delivery.This is a hands-on role focused on managing a complex go-live with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and dependencies. The successful candidate will take ownership of the cutover planning, execution, and post-go-live hypercare activities to ensure a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage the end-to-end cutover plan for a major technology rollout.Coordinate activities across technical and business teams leading up to go-live.Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and actions.Facilitate cutover readiness meetings and stakeholder communications.Lead the hypercare phase following go-live, ensuring issues are triaged and resolved effectively.Provide regular updates to programme leadership and key stakeholders.Experience Required:Proven experience working as a Cutover Manager on large-scale transformation or technology programmes.Strong tr...</description>
