• Manage the end-to-end customs process for EU road freight import shipments

• Take ownership of customs entries and clearances, ensuring full HMRC compliance

• Prepare and review import documentation, including commodity codes, tariffs, and EORI details

• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and customs authorities to resolve any clearance issues

• Ensure shipments move smoothly through customs with minimal delays

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customs role with a UK freight forwarder

• Strong knowledge of UK customs procedures and documentation

• Experience using customs clearance systems such as CDS, Destin8, or similar

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
