Customs Coordinator

We are working with leading shipping and freight forwarding company seeking an Customs Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities;

• Responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of goods through regulatory channels.
• Completing Import and Export Customs Clearances.
• Managing and completing NCTS Transit System T-Forms.
• Utilising industry-standard software including CDS, Destin8, NCTS, and Descartes.
• Handling essential documentation and general administrative tasks related to customs procedures.

Skills Required;

• Ideally 2+ years of experience specifically in Import Customs Clearances.
• Familiarity with Licences and ETSF (External Temporary Storage Facilities).
• A confident, approachable personality with a strong teamwork ethic.
• High-level organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Fully IT literate and comfortable learning new software
