Key Responsibilities Process import and export customs clearances across air, sea and road freight Complete and submit declarations accurately and within required timeframes Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment processing Check and manage all required customs documentation, resolving any issues Calculate duties and taxes and ensure timely clearance of shipments Provide regular updates and excellent service to customers Manage shared inbox enquiries efficiently as part of the team Requirements Previous experience in customs clearance (imports/exports) for a UK based freight forwarder Good understanding of UK/EU customs procedures and documentation Familiarity with systems such as CDS, NCTS or Destin8 is advantageous...
