Family run International Freight Forwarder with a 14-year history are going through a period of growth and need experienced Customs Clerks to come and join their fun team in Felixstowe

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and process import/export documentation with accuracy and efficiency
• Liaise with customs authorities to ensure compliance with all regulations
• Track shipments and update systems with current status
• Work closely with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal teams
• Resolve documentation issues quickly and professionally
• Stay on top of customs laws, tariffs, and classifications

What You Bring:

• Experience in a customs or logistics-related role
• Skilled in using Destin8, CDS
• GVMS experience and ETSF desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Solid computer skills (MS Office, data entry systems)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
