Key Duties Will Include:

• Preparing customs clearance documentation and managing entry submissions

• Cross-checking customer data and advising on potential discrepancies

• Handling both import and export declarations using systems like CDS and TSS

• Monitoring the status of ongoing declarations and ensuring timely completion

• Acting as a point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing guidance on customs procedures and compliance

What We''re Looking For:

• Hands-on customs experience within a freight forwarding, transport, or customs brokerage setting

• Knowledge of UK/Ireland customs processes and familiarity with both imports and exports

• Experience using customs systems

• Awareness of HMRC regulations and compliance standards
