NTEX offer competitive, flexible and customised transport and logistics solutions for land, sea and air. We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our team.

Role description:

• Completing Import & Export Customs Clearances
• Completing NCTS Transit System T-Forms
• Using related software such as Destin8, CDS, NCTS, Descartes
• Administration tasks

Experience in the following is desirable:

• Customs Clearances (2 years experience in Import Customs Clearances is desirable)
• Licences
• ETSF

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday (Apply online only) hours

Person specification:

• A confident and approachable person
• A high level of organisation and attention to detail
• Experience of all matters Customs related desirable
• Customer focussed with the determination and willingness to deliver an excellent level of service
• Good decision-making skills, able to evaluate, prioritise and plan while responding to quickly changing workloads
• A methodical, logical approach with good problem-solving abilities, able to work on their own initiative within a time critical setting and as part of a team
• IT literate

Most importantly the candidate must have a passion to get the job done and get it done right.

The package offered is up to -28k per annum, this could be negotiable reflecting the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
