Customs Brokerage SupervisorLocation: FelthamSalary: Up to 45,000 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pmFlexible working available25 days'' holiday plus bank holidaysPrivate healthcareAn established freight forwarding and logistics business is looking to recruit an experienced Customs Brokerage Supervisor to lead its customs operations team in Feltham.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customs professional who is ready to take greater responsibility for team performance, compliance and the smooth delivery of import and export customs clearances.The RoleAs Customs Brokerage Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of the customs brokerage team, ensuring declarations are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with current customs regulations.You will support and develop team members, manage workloads, resolve complex customs queries and act as a senior point of contact for internal departments, customers and relevant authorities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the daily activities of the customs brokerage teamAllocate workloads and ensure customs entries are completed within agreed deadlinesOversee import and export customs declarationsEnsure compliance with HMRC requirements and internal proceduresReview customs documentation for accuracy and completenessSupport the team with complex entries, classifications and customs-related queriesMonitor team performance, productivity and service levelsProvide coaching, training and ..... full job details .....
