Customer Water Quality Officer

What you''ll be doing as a Water Quality Technician: Collecting samples from treatment works, reservoirs and customer homes. You will have access to the equipment for testing in your van such as and bottles, thermometers. Overseeing the management of your sampling records and maintenance of sampling equipment, ensuring they''re kept to industry standards. Liaising with the technical scheduling team, CSWQ group, and regulatory and performance team to plan your workload and deliver the monitoring programme. Assisting with investigating supply issues or customer complaints if they arise. Base Location: Latton (WTW) - GL7 5QF and Farmoor (WTW) - OX2 9NS - need to travel across Thames Valley Region. What you should bring to the role A full UK, clean driving license with a willingness to plan your routes, drive long distances, and comfortable driving a large commercial van in busy environments and remote rural locations. Excellent customer service skills for visiting customers'' homes and cold calling properties. Excellent attention to detail for recording samples on a daily basis.
