We''re on the lookout for a Customer Technologist who knows their way around fresh produce and isn''t afraid to get stuck into the detail. This is a role where you''ll be right at the heart of the action-linking customers, growers, and internal teams to keep standards high and products even higher.

What you''ll be doing:

• Be the go-to technical contact for a key retail customer
• Turn data into insight - analysing KPIs & spotting trends
• Use QMS systems to drive continuous improvement
• Own complaints reporting & recommend real solutions
• Support artwork & label approvals
• Get out on-site with grower visits
• Keep customer specs accurate and audit-ready
• Collaborate across Technical, Commercial, NPD & Supply Chain
• Play your part in customer business plans & projects

What we''re looking for:

• A sharp eye for detail & strong analytical skills
• Confident communicator who builds relationships easily
• Logical thinker who can make decisions under pressure
• Proactive mindset - you don''t wait to be told
• Experience in horticulture, fresh produce, or food
• Someone ready to step up when needed and support the wider team

The details:

Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

33 days of annual leave
