Overview

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you''ll need to authorise age-related sales. We''re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. We''ll look to you to help lead the store team - coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
