This role offers a great opportunity to work within a supportive environment while playing a key part in delivering high-quality customer service on live projects.The RoleThe Customer Support Representative will act as a key point of contact for residents during ongoing construction and refurbishment works. This is a varied position, combining both site-based and office-based responsibilities, requiring regular travel between multiple locations.You will be responsible for maintaining clear communication with residents, ensuring they are informed, supported, and satisfied throughout the lifecycle of works.Key ResponsibilitiesActing as the main point of contact for residents, handling queries and concerns via phone, email, and face-to-face visitsDrafting correspondence regarding access, delays, changes to works, and general updatesAttending site meetings and resident engagement events (e.g. coffee mornings) alongside site teamsBuilding strong relationships with residents to support smooth project deliveryManaging and resolving complaints in a professional and timely mannerCollecting feedback and compiling KPI ..... full job details .....
