Customer Support (Property/Estate Agent)

Alma Personnel are pleased to announce we are currently working with our Birmingham based client to recruit for a Customer Support candidate who comes from an Estate Agent or Property background. The ideal candidate will be able to work 4 days per week, 9am-5pm (they could consider full time for the right person). This company can offer hybrid working - 2 days office/2 days from home. The main duties of the Customer Support role:- Order Processing Liaising with customers and clients Communicating with local authorities and external suppliers Handling and resolving queries The ideal candidate MUST have:- Experience working within a residential conveyancing environment or working within a property search industry Good IT skills An excellent telephone manner If you feel you are suitable for this position, please apply now stating why.
