Location: Birmingham | Salary: £23500/annum | Type: Permanent | Alma Personnel are pleased to announce we are currently working with our Birmingham based client to recruit for a Customer Support-candidate who comes from an Estate Agent -or Property background.- The ideal candidate will be able to work -4 days -per week, 9am-5pm (they could consider full time for the right person). This company can offer- hybrid- working - 2 days office/2 days from home.- The main duties of the Customer Support role:- Order Processing- Liaising with customers and clients- Communicating with local authorities and external suppliers- Handling and resolving queries- The ideal candidate MUST have:- Experience working within a r esidential conveyancing environment or working within a property search industry - Good IT skills- An excellent telephone manner- If you feel you are suitable for this position, please apply now stating why.- Please only apply if you have experience in Conveyancing, Property, or Estate Agent.-
