About the Role
 
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional service and seamless customer experiences. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries from start to resolution, ensuring professionalism, empathy, and efficiency in every interaction. You''ll collaborate with internal teams to solve problems proactively and build long-term relationships with our customers.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Own and resolve customer issues end-to-end with a focus on quality and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and emotional intelligence in all interactions.
• Anticipate customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and remove friction.
• Maintain accurate records and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Prioritise tasks effectively to meet service levels and customer expectations.
