This permanent role involves hands-on technical support for automated test systems, fault diagnosis, equipment modification and ongoing service improvement, with occasional travel to UK and European locations. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary day-to-day technical representative at the customer site Provide first-line support for automated test systems and associated electrical and electronic equipment Investigate faults, performance issues and operational challenges, escalating complex matters where specialist support is required Diagnose electrical and electronic faults to module level, with component-level investigation where appropriate Carry out wiring, looming, crimping, terminating, soldering, repair and rework activities Interpret electrical schematics, wiring schedules, system diagrams and engineering drawings Use test equipment such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes and LCR meters to support diagnosis and calibration Und...
