      <description>Location: Hinckley | Salary: &amp;pound;30000 - &amp;pound;35000/annum Bonus, Pension, Life Assurance | Type: Permanent | An exciting opportunity has arisen within this leading UK engineering company for a Technical Product Support Engineer at its Hinckley design and manufacturing facility.    THE ROLE   •    Support Group, Distribution Partners, and End Users globally. •    Technical sales support – training the sales team, setting up demonstrations, troubleshooting. •    Customer facing role  •    Carry out onsite product verifications. •    Liaise with Engineering and engineers on customer  requirements. •    Manage corporate installations; commission projects and train customers.   CANDIDATE PROFILE   In order to succeed in the role of Customer Support Engineer you will need to be an enthusiastic engineer who is looking for an exciting role. You will need to have an engineering background with a flair for dealing with customers and supporting on technical problems. Ideally you will have been in a technical support, customer facing or sales type role or even a graduate who is looking for a commercial engineering role.
