CUSTOMER SUPPORT COORDINATOR We''re delighted to be recruiting for a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Support Coordinator to join our Farnham based clients. As a Customer Support Coordinator you''ll be the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, processing orders and quotations within the ERP system, and ensuring every interaction is handled promptly and professionally. You''ll keep customers updated throughout the order cycle, coordinate with Operations and Logistics to ensure smooth fulfilment, and support after-sales and invoicing queries alongside Finance.Salary 26.5K+ pension, on-site parking Other responsibilities within this Customer Support Coordinator role include,Promote sustainable product solutionsSupport workshops, webinars and educational initiativesShare customer insights and opportunities with the wider teamWork within ISO 9001 processes, maintaining accurate documentation and complianceThe ideal Customer Support Coordinator will need,Previous experience within a similar customer-focused roleConfident communication skills with both customers and colleaguesHave a proactive approach along with excellent attention to detailExperience in a regulated or healthcare environment would be advantageous, but attitude and adaptability are just as important.This is a varied, hands-on role, so flexibility is key.
