Job Title: Customer Support Coordinator Location: Outskirts of Royston Salary: £26,000-£30,000 Working Pattern: Full-time 8:00-4:30pm (Office Based) A well-established organisation is seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Customer Resolutions Coordinator to join its technical team. This role plays a key part in managing customer queries and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
