Customer Support Advisor (Office-based) - 6-month fixed term contract with a view to turning permanent after 6 months.

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 09:00-17:00 (or 08:30-17:00 with lunch), Friday 09:00-15:00.
Salary: £22,100 - £23,868 (pro rata for duration of contract)

Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email, delivering professional and timely responses.
- Processing orders, payments, cancellations, and refunds with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the order process.
- Supporting key account clients and ensuring their requirements are consistently met.
- Updating and maintaining client records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Spotting opportunities to promote products/services and passing relevant leads to the sales team.
- Taking ownership of issues, resolving them effectively or escalating when necessary.
About You
- Previous experience in customer support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented, professional, and aligned with values of collaboration, relationship-building, and continuous improvement.
