You will help improve the product by raising issues and new functionality requirements. You will be a subject matter expert on our applications and focused on service delivery to provide a great customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer queries via Zendesk and phone, resolving issues within SLAsTake ownership of the customer journey, ensuring a high quality experienceTroubleshoot application issues and support customers in using the platform effectivelyWork closely with internal teams including Technical Support, Sales and Customer SuccessLog all interactions accurately and provide clear updates to customersRaise bugs and suggest product improvementsShare knowledge with the team and stay up to date with product updates and industry changesSupport continuous improvement in service delivery and customer experienceThis is a hybrid role with three days a week based in our Swinton office. ..... full job details .....
