Supporting a portfolio of fleet and commercial motor insurance clients.Handling customer and insurer queries by phone and email.Processing policy changes and maintaining accurate records.Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent customer service.Identifying opportunities to introduce additional insurance products where appropriate.We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: This role could suit a Commercial Account Handler, Insurance Account Handler, Fleet Administrator, Insurance Customer Service Advisor or similar.
