Customer Support AdministratorPart-Time - Tuesday to Thursday - 8.45am to 17.00pm.(45 minute lunch break)PermanentSwindonSalary is dependent on experienceWe are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Customer Support Administrator to join our client based in Swindon.RoleAs an Administrator within a small Customer Support Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive exceptional support. You will be the first point of contact for their customers and Field Sales Team, for all enquiries and the processing of orders. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.ResponsibilitiesProcessing customer''s orders via email and phone, with speed and accuracy.Provide the customer with support on their products, offering solutions when needed and enhancing the customer experience.Resolve customer enquiries efficiently.Coordinating with the relevant people/departments, creating strong working relationships.Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all records are up to date.Handling complex customer complaints, ensuring a resolution is provided and communicated effectively to the customer.Contacting customers to request outstanding payments and purchase orders to ensure there are no delays with order fulfilment. To ensure KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met and you are working to achieve the overall team performance targets.SkillsStrong communication skills both verbal and written.Excellent attention ..... full job details .....
