      <description>Location: Caversham | Salary: &amp;pound;25000/annum | Type: Permanent | Our prestigious client is currently recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to join their team. The main purpose of this position is to deliver excellent service to both our existing and potential customers, making sure every enquiry, issue, or request is handled quickly, efficiently, and professionally from start to finish.     Job Type: Permanent    Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm    Location: Reading, office based     Salary - -25,000         As the Customer Support Administrator, you will be responsible for:        Acting as the first point of contact for customers, logging and tracking faults on Salesforce through to resolution.
