Overview

Customer Success Manager - SAAS GEOPOLITICAL RISK REALTIME and PREDICTION AI TECHUp to £45k base + 20% OTE. Role can be remote/hybrid/office based. You must come from a commercial role at a SaaS company to be considered.This company sells a risk solution used for global aviation. It predicts in real time security risks; its a SaaS product with critical real-time capabilities.Responsibilities

This is a junior SaaS CSM role managing accounts focused on airline and other aeronautical clientsManaging 30-40 accountsFocused on day-to-day client management and renewalRequirements

At least 1 year of client-facing / B2B commercial experience, best suited for those in SaaS looking to move into an SDR roleIdeally an interest in this spaceHave managed and renewed accountsHappy to occasionally come into the officeCompany
