You will be the driving force behind client retention and growth.Manage a portfolio of existing clubs and build long-term partnerships based on trust.Conduct professional demos to showcase new features and ensure clients use our full suite of tools.Proactively monitor usage data to ensure clubs get the absolute best from the software.Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to increase portfolio value.Lead the transition for new clients to ensure smooth technical and cultural integration.Work with clubs to move their entire workflow-from registration to payments-onto the platform.What We are Looking forWe are looking for a "high-engine" character who is naturally proactive and brings positive energy to the office every day. ..... full job details .....
