Customer Success Manager , you’ll
guide our customers through the value journey end-to-end, ensuring large and strategic accounts adopt SAM4 effectively and embed insights into daily operations for lasting impact .
About the teamAs a
Customer Success Manager , you’ll join our UK organisation, serving as the primary orchestrator of value delivery and adoption for strategic accounts across multiple sectors. Your role is to enable customers to maximise the value from the SAM4 system.
Ideal candidates will be based in the South of the UK and have experience in UK utilities, manufacturing, or related industries. This role covers the South regions of the UK, and travel to client sites is required.
Responsibilities
Ensure customers realise measurable value from SAM4 by driving adoption and setting them up for success, and facilitate strong collaboration between customers and internal specialists.
Help project leads at customer sites set up processes, roles and responsibilities to integrate SAM4 notifications into daily operations.
Build executive and operational relationships, align across stakeholders, and prioritise activities that accelerate value delivery and long-term expansion.
Collaborate with Leiden-based teams to deliver best-in-class service in line with the company ethos.
Co-locate with clients in the South of the UK to support implementation and embedment of SAM4.
Document and report lessons learned, value realised, ROI evidence, and risks requiring escalation.
Manage relationships with maintenance and operations teams as well as senior stakeholders driving strategic transformation.
Represent the Samotics brand at all times and comply with customer health and safety regulations on site.
What you’ll bring
3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, reliability, operations, or digital transformation in industry.
Self-starting individual with experience managing a portfolio of accounts or projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and change management skills.
Strong, convincing communicator and relationship-builder.
Empathetic, proactive, and focused on delivering value.
Based in the South of the UK with willingness to travel regionally to co-locate with clients.
UK driving license.
