We are expanding our Account Management function in London and are looking for a Customer Success Manager to focus on UK-based customers, driving retention and ensuring customers derive maximum value from our products.What You''ll Be Doing

Establish relationships with customers to ensure overall satisfaction with Trustpilot products, drive adoption, and support contract renewalsDeliver a premium experience by understanding each client’s business objectives and KPIs, and ensuring Trustpilot delivers against themShare best practices that drive ROI and position Trustpilot as a value-adding partner in targeted accountsAdvocate client needs to internal support, product, engineering and sales teamsIdentify upsell opportunities and new revenue opportunitiesIncrease renewal rates and reduce churnMap accounts to identify cross-sell opportunities across the businessInfluence long-term value through product adoption, customer satisfaction and health scoresOnboard clients and ensure full utilization of paid subscriptionsWho You Are / Qualifications

Experience managing a large portfolio of SME customer accounts with a focus on high renewal/retentionIdeally 2+ years of account management experienceDemonstrated experience with subscription-based renewal/licensing modelsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAdept at uncovering new revenue opportunitiesStrong ability to manage tough conversations professionally and solution-orientedExperience selling in a competitive environmentWhat’s in it for you?
