As we continue to grow, we''re looking for a highly organised, proactive and people-focused Business Manager to become a trusted operational partner to our Principal Consultants and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional client experience. The opportunity You''ll become the operational engine behind approximately three Principal Consultants, supporting around 30 client relationships at any one time and ensuring every engagement runs seamlessly from initial enquiry through to delivery, follow-up and repeat business. You''ll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, coordinate complex client programmes and become the person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
