As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a Customer Success Manager to play a key role in delivering value to customers and supporting long-term growth.This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys working with data, managing projects, and operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.The RoleThe Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing the customer journey from onboarding through to renewal and expansion. Working closely with customers, they will lead implementation of the platform, analyse performance data, support ongoing projects, and identify opportunities for upsell and account growth.Key responsibilities include:Managing customer onboarding and implementation of the SaaS platformActing as the main point of contact for customers and building trusted relationshipsUsing Excel extensively to analyse customer data, performance metrics, and outcomesTurning data insights into clear, actionable recommendationsSupporting and coordinating customer-led projectsIdentifying upsell and expansion opportunities in partnership with internal teamsProviding ongoing support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionRequirementsExperience in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, or a related SaaS roleStrong Excel skills, including data analysis, ..... full job details .....
