Customer Success Manager Wakefield Full-time / Permanent £28,000-£40,000 based on experience Are you great with customers and naturally good at building relationships? Perhaps you already have experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Client Success Manager or Service Delivery Manager, or you may be looking for the opportunity to progress from a customer service / customer experience (CX) role into account management. We''re recruiting on behalf of a growing technology business based in Wakefield for a Customer Success Manager to develop strong, long-term relationships with its clients. You''ll be managing customer accounts, becoming a trusted point of contact and helping clients get the most from the company''s technology and services. Salary and Benefits £28,000 - £40,000 salary, depending on experience. Company car, either from the start for experienced candidates or once a trainee is ready to attend face-to-face client meetings.
