Customer Success Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Success Manager to join a leading organiser of large-scale B2B exhibitions and live events. This is a highly client-focused role where you''ll be the main point of contact for exhibitors and sponsors, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience before, during and after each event. You''ll work closely with clients to help them maximise the value of their investment while supporting the successful delivery of a portfolio of well-established industry exhibitions. Working alongside the Sales, Marketing, Content and Operations teams, you''ll play a key role in managing the exhibitor journey, building long-term relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Role As Client Success Manager, you will: Act as the dedicated point of contact for exhibitors and sponsors from contract through to post-event follow-up. Ensure sponsor deliverables are fulfilled accurately and on time. Build strong relationships with clients and help them maximise the value of their event participation. Manage the exhibitor onboarding process, providing guidance on exhibitor platforms and online systems. Deliver training and support on lead capture technology and exhibitor tools. Create and distribute promotional assets to help exhibitors increase their visibility and encourage visitor engagement.
