Serving as the main point of contact for our clients, addressing questions or concerns and providing solutions as needed.Proactively reaching out to clients to understand their needs and goals, and offering suggestions and recommendations for optimizing their email and SMS campaigns.Monitoring and analyzing client data and trends, identifying areas for improvement and presenting actionable insights to clients.Collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to drive retention and upsell opportunities with existing clients.Communicating updates and changes to clients and providing training and support on our services and features.Ensuring timely resolution of technical issues or bugs by coordinating with our technical support team.Conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and overall experience with our services.Gathering feedback from clients and using it to improve and develop our product offerings and services.Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and proactively sharing knowledge with clients to help them stay ahead of the competition.Qualifications And Skills

A Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a tech or software company.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and collaborate with internal teams.Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable insights to clients.A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.Familiarity with email and SMS marketing, and a strong interest in staying current with industry trends and developments.Proficiency in CRM software and customer success management tools.Benefits
