Establish clear client retention goalsProcess milestones for the clients and EXL to work towardPrepare monthly and quarterly materials using data and analytics that promote the value of the product EXL PayMentorSetup monthly and quarterly meetings with key stakeholders and work towards delivering key message for the productUpsell services and products with the brand imageAssist in creating training courses and educational materials for internal resourcesReview customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experienceQualifications
