As an Account Manager in the customer success team, you will be responsible for developing our growing branded Enterprise customer base. You will engage with a rapidly expanding portfolio of FMCG brands acting as a direct point of contact based in our Reading office. You will build strong relationships with your assigned key contacts and contribute towards the expansion of our network across the customer’s organisation. The role involves working alongside the Senior Account Manager, actively contributing toward the renewal process, client satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities through understanding your clients’ evolving business needs. This position requires a highly organised, motivated self-starter with 2+ years experience in account management. Ensuring client portfolio gets ROI from their Profitero service leading to satisfaction and uncontested renewalsLead, be the go-to contact for a portfolio of branded accounts and aligned internal teamsDevelop a high level of expertise of Profitero’s industry, product offerings, competitive landscape, and how they solve customer issuesDrive usage of Profitero’s service across client organisationBuild relationships and networks across a portfolio of customers, upselling new features where appropriateArrange conference calls, product demos, training and face-to-face meetings to educate customers on benefits/capabilitiesPrepare and manage your customer portfolio in SalesforceQualified candidates will possess
Preference for a degree in a business/marketing related field2+ years of customer account management experience in SaaS / eCommerce with FMCG customersExperience owning the process with customers from end to end up to renewalsExperience of working with Salesforce CRMProven track record of upselling and delivering on targetsExperience of digital commerce and/or understanding of the eCommerce industryExcellent communication (written and oral) and active listening skillsFluent English (spoken and written)Outstanding organisational skills and ability to multitask to prioritise and manage workflowStrong attention to detail and analytical capabilities with good interpersonal skillsPositive and enthusiastic outlook toward achieving sales and marketing goalsGoal driven with a strong desire to exceed expectationsIn addition, the following will be an advantage
