You’ll have ownership of 40-50 EMEA accounts, driving best practice, client satisfaction and strategic customer success!
From in-person meetings to virtual strategy sessions, you’ll be the engine driving customer product success, retention, and growth. Collaborate with smart, supportive teams across Professional Services, Customer Support and Sales! Each week offers something new!

The Ideal Candidate
2+ years experience in a Customer Success, Client Relationship or Account Manager role within a SaaS business.
Experience of working within a fast-paced, scaling business with a complex and bespoke software solution.
Experience with Education sector decision makers, specifically universities is hugely desirable.
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
A team player! Support the team, learn from the team!
MUST have a full UK driving licence.
The Package
A base salary up to £40k plus bonus.
